Medium CRM

This CRM packs a huge punch. With a very simple and easy to use interface this is the CRM which users actually like.

Medium CRM Platform: Streamlined Business Management Solution

This robust CRM platform delivers comprehensive business management capabilities without the complexity of enterprise-level features. Built with proven development expertise, this streamlined solution focuses on core functionality that small to medium businesses actually need and use daily.

The platform integrates essential business operations into one unified system: advanced task management, integrated support desk, project management capabilities, power dialer for outreach, comprehensive library system, Google leads integration, built-in ecommerce functionality, sophisticated data import mapping, and marketing campaign management. While it doesn’t include AI automation or lead databases, it provides all the fundamental tools needed to run an efficient, organized business.

Your ideal clients are growing businesses ready to graduate from basic tools but not needing enterprise complexity. They’re established service providers, consultants, small manufacturers, and professional services firms generating $50K-$300K annually who are drowning in spreadsheets and struggling with disjointed systems.

They buy because they’re ready to scale but overwhelmed by expensive, feature-heavy CRMs. When you show them a clean, intuitive system that handles their core needs—customer management, project tracking, follow-ups, and basic automation—without unnecessary bells and whistles, they see immediate value and efficiency gains.

These clients want simplicity with power. They’ll invest $1,500-$8,000 because this solves their growth bottlenecks: organizing customer data, streamlining workflows, improving follow-up consistency, and presenting a more professional image to clients—all without monthly subscription fees eating into their profits.

Built on the same reliable PHP framework with MySQL database, this system operates independently with minimal hosting requirements—approximately $30-40 monthly for complete operation.

This turnkey solution includes complete source code ownership, marketing materials, installation documentation, and support—perfect for entrepreneurs targeting the substantial market of businesses outgrowing basic tools but not ready for enterprise complexity.

Documentation

All Developer guides including Installation, Repo CodeBot, Code Classes and API’s

What language is your code written in?

This platform is built in PHP with a mySQL database. Our framework was custom coded so it’s not dependent on external libraries.

How much can I customize it?

You will own the source code so you can customize it as much as you want.

What about support and maintenance?

You’ll get a 30 day code warranty and we’ll get everything installed and set up.

How much will it cost me to run?

It’s about $20/month to host each platform and then $25 per month for emails, sms are based on use. Figure about $50-$60 per month for each platform.

How much did the platforms cost to build?

Each platform has it’s own development cost and range from $18,000 to $200,000.

How much will I make?

If really depends on you. I made 15K per month for 7 years simply doing cold outreach for a few hours per day so it’s up to you how hard you want to work.

How much time did you spend on the platforms each week?

It varied but expect to spend 3-6 hours per week. I only did cold outreach via email and a few phone calls here and there.

Can I hire you for development and additional features?

Maybe, but I’ll only be available until mid July. If you want to hire a dev, I’ll give you my code tests and job postings.

Can I have access to one of the platforms to “play around with it”?

Sorry, I can’t as all of my API keys are in there and can’t risk one of you blasting a million emails, sms or API calls.

Will my developer be able to work on it?

They should be able to work on it. They’ll have the CodeBot which is just like having me and my team there with them (but even better) so the knowledge transfer, onboarding and learning curve is now minutes and not weeks.

Do I need to know how to code to buy a platform?

Not at all. If you want to extend or expand the platforms developers are easy to find and most are $15-25 per hour. All of the platforms are ready to go out of the box and require very little maintenance.

What type of technical documentation do I get?

In addition to the CodeBot there’s also extensive technical documentation on the framework, PHP classes and database relationships in .md, .pdf and .docx formats as well.
