Small CRM

Feature rich, easy to use. This is the CRM for the busy business owner who wants simplicity.

Small CRM Platform: Simple Customer Management Made Easy

This streamlined CRM platform strips away complexity to focus on what small businesses actually need: simple, effective customer management. Built with ease-of-use as the primary goal, this lightweight solution gets businesses organized quickly without overwhelming features or steep learning curves.

The platform includes core essentials: contact management, basic task tracking, simple project organization, streamlined communication tools, basic reporting, and fundamental pipeline management. No confusing menus, no advanced features that go unused—just clean, intuitive tools that make managing customers effortless.

Your ideal clients are overwhelmed micro-business owners still using notebooks, sticky notes, and basic spreadsheets to track customers. They’re solo entrepreneurs, small service providers, consultants, and local businesses generating $25K-$150K annually who know they need better organization but are intimidated by complex software.

They buy because they’re drowning in chaos and desperate for simplicity. When you show them a system that looks familiar, works intuitively, and gets them organized in minutes instead of weeks, they experience immediate relief. They don’t want to become CRM experts—they want to focus on their business while staying organized.

These clients value simplicity over sophistication. They’ll invest $500-$3,000 because this solves their fundamental problem: never losing track of a customer again. They can finally stop writing names on scraps of paper, remember to follow up with prospects, and present a more professional image—all without monthly fees or complicated training.

Built on the same reliable foundation as its bigger siblings, this system requires minimal resources—approximately $20-25 monthly to operate.

This solution includes complete source code, basic marketing materials, and simple setup documentation—perfect for targeting the massive market of micro-businesses ready to graduate from pen-and-paper but not ready for enterprise complexity.

Documentation

All Developer guides including Installation, Repo CodeBot, Code Classes and API’s

What language is your code written in?

This platform is built in PHP with a mySQL database. Our framework was custom coded so it’s not dependent on external libraries.

How much can I customize it?

You will own the source code so you can customize it as much as you want.

What about support and maintenance?

You’ll get a 30 day code warranty and we’ll get everything installed and set up.

How much will it cost me to run?

It’s about $20/month to host each platform and then $25 per month for emails, sms are based on use. Figure about $50-$60 per month for each platform.

How much did the platforms cost to build?

Each platform has it’s own development cost and range from $18,000 to $200,000.

How much will I make?

If really depends on you. I made 15K per month for 7 years simply doing cold outreach for a few hours per day so it’s up to you how hard you want to work.

How much time did you spend on the platforms each week?

It varied but expect to spend 3-6 hours per week. I only did cold outreach via email and a few phone calls here and there.

Can I hire you for development and additional features?

Maybe, but I’ll only be available until mid July. If you want to hire a dev, I’ll give you my code tests and job postings.

Can I have access to one of the platforms to “play around with it”?

Sorry, I can’t as all of my API keys are in there and can’t risk one of you blasting a million emails, sms or API calls.

Will my developer be able to work on it?

They should be able to work on it. They’ll have the CodeBot which is just like having me and my team there with them (but even better) so the knowledge transfer, onboarding and learning curve is now minutes and not weeks.

Do I need to know how to code to buy a platform?

Not at all. If you want to extend or expand the platforms developers are easy to find and most are $15-25 per hour. All of the platforms are ready to go out of the box and require very little maintenance.

What type of technical documentation do I get?

In addition to the CodeBot there’s also extensive technical documentation on the framework, PHP classes and database relationships in .md, .pdf and .docx formats as well.
